Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of Sukses Today! I help companies build structured, repeatable and scalable processes to accelerate growth, enhance client satisfaction, reduce churn and drive operational excellence.
My journey began in the SaaS industry where I climbed the Customer Success career ladder. Working on project management and resource tools plus ERP systems coupled with my structured and detailed mindset, my experience honed in on scaling teams and companies not just within in the Customer Success function but operationally across the whole business.
Since 2021, I’ve brought this expertise to the Web3, AI and emerging tech spaces, helping companies build sales, partnerships and customer success teams, create go-to-market strategies and prepare for successful fundraising rounds.

At Sukses Today, my mission is to help companies grow, scale and build sustainable teams that drive revenue and create long-term value.
Recently I spent time in Bali (see pic), taking a step back to recharge, reflect and rebuild my business. This is where Sukses Today was born! "Sukses" means "success" (in case that wasn’t obvious!) in Indonesian and it felt like the perfect fit as I brainstormed ideas. The name reflects both my location and my mission: helping you achieve success today.
